Abstract


This synthesis of a polymer supported hypervalent iodine reagents - polystyrene iodosodiacetate and first applied (22E, 23R, 24S)-3α-5 ring -5α- stigmast -22 - en-6 - ol converted to (22E, 23R, 24S)-3α-5 ring -5α- stigmast -22 - en-6 - one reaction . Its mild reaction conditions, post-processing is simple, can be recycled, but also to maintain a stable yield ( 80% ) . Polystyrene iodobenzene diacetate is a low toxicity and efficient oxidation of the alcohol to ketone oxidation reagents. In this paper, on the basis in the previous stage , is selected having a plant growth regulating effect of the compound ( naph ) of 2,3 - dihydroxy- protection can be synthesized a novel effect of holding the napin lactone - (24s)-2α, 3α- two - (β- naphthyloxy acetoxy ) -22,23 - epoxy -B- homo-7 - oxa -5α- stigmastan-6 - one ( naphthyloxy acetyl brassinolide ) , using 1H NMR, C NMR and mass flight data to determine the structure ; experimental results show that the application of field plots : its cabbage, rice, soybean, pepper both yield.
