Abstract


Memristor is considered in addition to resistors, inductors, capacitors outside the fourth fundamental circuit element , a memory function is a linear resistor. Currently, the memristor circuit theory and its applications is the study of international hotspots and frontier issues. The emergence of the memristor could fundamentally change the traditional circuit pattern, \In this paper, a memristor and memristor -based basic circuit studied, analyzed its circuit simulation study characteristics and is designed based on a number of variable memristor asynchronous binary counter. Of the main text are summarized as follows : First, the introduction memristor latest research advances , research basis of its existence , the theoretical model , the circuit characteristics and working mechanism of learning ; Secondly, in the memristor impurities and non- linear drift of the interface impurities on the basis of , through the drift velocity of the interface window function is applied to a nonlinear impurity drift memristor model . Simulation results show that the modified model conforms to the interface of the metal electrode near the border effect of the objective requirements ; Again, simulation by the memristor , a capacitor consisting of a first-order passive filter circuit filter characteristics , simulation studies by the memristor the capacitor charging circuit comprising charging time and energy conversion characteristics ; Finally, the design of a number of memristor -based binary asynchronous counter variable by controlling the duty cycle of the pulse counting and period adjustable band . Use memristor memory of its own on the current count is the essential difference between the traditional counter . The closing section of the full text papers were summarized and proposed follow-up work prospects .
