With the rapid development of urban high-rise today , before the urban water supply necessary cooling towers , water tanks , and air pressure water supply equipment , water pollution , inadequate water pressure and energy consumption , has been far from being able to meet the needs of the modern life of the people . District Water Supply System power , the waste of water resources and water supply and poor quality , design PLC as the core of the dual closed loop constant pressure water supply system . The system uses self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm , the water pressure to the pump motor speed and the pipe network parameters set according to the size of water by the PLC to control the number of the operation of pumps , control the frequency of the inverter output system to automatically adjust the pump motor speed to achieve closed-loop pipe network hydraulic pressure regulation , and that constant pressure water supply . Firstly, according to the pipe resistance characteristic curve of the water supply system , the pump head characteristic curve , the pipe network and pump operating characteristics curve analysis of the principle of constant pressure water supply and the water supply system frequency control energy-saving principle . Secondly , through the study of the water supply system , the mathematical model of the system , the proposed self-tuning fuzzy PID control . The simulation results show that the self-tuning fuzzy PID control is superior to conventional PID control , fuzzy control for the elimination of the lag of the water supply system had a significant effect , and self-tuning fuzzy PID control has strong robustness and fast . Proven , real-time control performance of the subject design pressure water supply system water pressure is good , stable hardware working , reliable, valid dual closed-loop self-tuning fuzzy PID controller designed to guarantee the water pipe network stability of pressure .
