Abstract


Nowadays,with the information society and era of knowledge economy’s arriving, as well as the significant reform of the higher education system and the theory,the university campus construction in our country enters developing time which is in unprecedented large-scale and high speed.There are rich ecological connotation in the university campus landscape.Therefore,it is inevitable that we need to carry on the analysis to the university campus landscape with the application ecology principle.According to the development of Chinese University campus landscape, and in the comparison, analysis of designed theory and experienced foundation between the Chinese and foreign university campus landscape, this paper analyzes the importance of campus construction which is affected by university campus landscape and the question which exists in the developing process.Based on the above,the ecological view of t university campus landscape design is proposed which is stressed the necessity of the ecological research to the university campus landscape.Through the analysis the influence which is made by nature,culture and the economic agent regarding the university campus landscape’s influence,the paper elaborates the university campus landscape to the ecosystem adaptation mechanism.And the paper also discusses the ecology connotation of the campus landscape design from the essence of landscape, community of usage, space environment, development of adaptation, and material usage. Simultaneously, the paper elaborates separately, from the university campus’s entrance landscape,the path landscape,the plant landscape,the square landscape, the water landscape,the building sketch landscape and so on in six item of landscape designs,in order to inquire about design strategy of university campus landscape which can adapt development of time and environment and last longtime.Finally, the paper analyzes the design of new school district landscape of South Central University which is sustainable using the ecological idea.
