Abstract


With the rapid development of the computer and internet technology, as well as global procurement taking shapely, manufacturing with small batch and various types was being on the rise. It was extremely essential for enterprises to pay full attention on how to make good use of limited resources, to improve product quality, to reduce cost and to make immediate response to market requirements under pressure of fierce market competition. Production planning and scheduling was the core of production and marketing management as well as the key technology which determines anticipated profits in complicated flexible manufacturing system. The purpose of it was to increase the resource utilization rate, to shorten manufacturing periods, to reduce stack in producing and to decline inventory by reasonable scheduling and to control which lead to better quality, lower cost and higher efficiency.However, most methods of production planning and scheduling had simplified real-time manufacturing settings, which lead a gap between prototype system and its application. Therefore, in order to make scientific production plan, it was necessary to balance all targets which were production capacity, delivery time, stable labor, flexibility of manufacturing line, storage and time over-runs. For this moment, manual scheduling in press shop of mini and small car factory brought a lot of problems such as relying on too much manpower, costing long time, difficult to modify, easily making mistakes and difficult to consider all kinds of factors and constraint conditions which could not make full use of the potential of the Manufacturing Systems. Therefore, it wass necessary to build optimum model of production planning and find out efficient solution of the model, it would improve the scientific study of production planning, reduce storage level, balance the capability of manufacturing lines, and improved the implement of scheduling.Firstly, after analyzing methods of production planning and scheduling in bibliography, mixed-integer linear programming method was selected according to the expertise and the real situation. But it was gradually becoming useless because of the changeful demand. After analyzing domestic and foreign technology, the paper selected the optimum method and put forward mixed-integer nonlinear programming method which got answer using Excel programming. Secondly, the paper described how to build a model to reasonably arrange week production plan to class week production considering different constraints in real situation aimed at weakness in conventional scheduling method.Finally, combining all the previous research results, the paper gave an implementation of auto plan formulation using C#.Net which aimed at improving work efficiency in press shop and gives realizations of some difficulties such as balancing all product lines using mixed-integer nonlinear programming method.The system made auto production plan formulation possible which provided convenience to planner、shortened scheduling time、enhanced work efficiency、efficiently reduced running cost and solved the problems of date management and date consistent between press shop and press depot. The system had been used in press shop in SGMW and made good effect.
