Abstract


The use of modern information technology to establish an efficient , honest, fair and transparent mode of operation is a very important task to carry out their functions of modern government . The electronic monitoring system of administrative examination and approval , as part of the e-government system is very important , it is mainly the various departments with administrative licensing items of information management , so to be able to exchange data with each other , sharing resources , thereby enhancing the efficiency of the Administrative . This paper described from perfecting the design and implementation of data exchange in the electronic monitoring system of administrative examination and approval . Extensible Markup Language (XML) has a wealth of structural information and a clear definition of development from the end of the twentieth century , is very suitable for use in the data exchange . How to take advantage of the the XML characteristics and related technology , and accurately extracted from the data source of the data is the basic link of the electronic monitoring system of administrative examination and approval , the core issue of this study . From the following aspects : (1) analysis of the papers that you want to study the subject of the background and the status quo , through the present in the the I seat City, the project some of the issues , put forward a can take advantage of XML- related technologies to build exchange platform system of program , so as to solve the problem of administrative examination and approval system , and the electronic monitoring system data resource sharing and exchange . The advantages and disadvantages of the various techniques used in the (2) Comparative data exchange . (3 ) on the basis of the understanding of the terminology and technical knowledge of XML and WEB SERVICE administrative approval the overall architecture of the electronic monitoring system , and therefore as lead , leads to the construction of the system data exchange system , and focus on the analysis of data based on XML analysis of the acquisition .
