Abstract


Wire Manufacturing is one of the key link in aircraft manufacturing. Nevertheless, material cutting and marking of wire manufacturing depend on handwork for a long time. In order to realize information operations and automation of Material Cutting and Marking, as well as to improve aircraft wire manufacturing automation level, related researches were carried out in this topic.According to users’requirements, the author has analyzed, designed and coded to finalize the aircraft wire data interpretation system (AWDIS), (Including data translation, data conversion, data generation, data distribution, data management, data backup and other software modules). The environment of AWDIS is Visual Studio 2005 under Windows operational system.In order to solve the problems of heterogeneous data conversion in the system, the author designed and implemented Interoperable methods based on the PIA with the ADO.NET2.0, which has well solved the problem of bidirectional data exchange between word form and database.Heterogeneous data translation,processed by regular expressions,interprets original aircraft design system data to the formatted data in wire manufacturing equipment.As a result, the outcomes of AWDIS can be distributed to various wire manufacturing equipments. The system greatly enhances the efficiency of aircraft wire manufacturing and reduced the labor intensity of the operators,which has received users’praises.
