Abstract


In this paper, the failure of equipment performance scene in the production process of industrial fans rotor cyclical balance problem , studied and developed a set of rotor auto - balancing device . The research work of this paper is as follows : This paper analyzes the basic principle of automatic balancing rotor and control strategies based on the live fan functional requirements and the rotor imbalance , based the rotor balance deterioration active control technology implementation strategies identified active balance gradually cavity to achieve optimization of the overall program . Rotor automatically balance the actual balance capacity needs of the basic principles of industrial fans , choose the way to achieve active control as a fan balancing precision hydraulic automatic balancing device , automatically adjust the correction on the the rotor balance of deterioration failure . Failure characteristics of the actual fan rotor balance rotor structural characteristics of design requirements , the design can be applied to the project based on the actual balance on one side , two-sided balance hydraulic -type three-cavity the balanced head unit and meet on-site installation reliability and security balancing head structure . Implementations for single- and double-sided balance , the establishment of a single- sided balanced analog test engineering rotor test system , and conducted a field test with a single , double - sided balance effect comparative analysis to determine the two - sided balance device -based research overall programs. Through the engineering test validation , the entire device has good self-balancing effect , has important guiding significance and reference value of the active control of the industrial fan balance fault .
