Abstract

The animals collected in this experiment aimed at the dairy cows around Faqing, and the changes of the various blood cells and the pH of the fresh milk was tested; the content of the calcium, phosphorus, natrium, magnesium, zinc and iron ions in the milk was tested; the diagnosis of mastitis and acidity measurement in milk were made ; The aim in this experiment was to search after the direct etillogy of the APM, to analyse the relationship of the APM with mastitis and other diseases, to search for the factors causing and inducing the occurrence of the APM.It was found in the research that:The lactation period milk cows in dairy farm through 483 district milk alcohol test, the positive frequency of 167 times, the negative frequency of 316 times, the positive rate of 34.58 percent, negative rate 65.42 percent; corresponding milk District acidity of fresh milk, high-Acidity of fresh milk, 419 frequency, low-Acidity frequency of 64 milk acidity, high acidity of fresh milk frequency of 86.75 percent.The cows of alcohol positive rate increases with age in dairy farm, with 71-81 months of age the highest, adding to47.47 percent. And the high acidity of fresh milk incidence increases with age was decreasing trend, as high as 92.19 percent age 36-45.The cows of dairy farm in alcohol-positive milk, 4-5 when alcohol was higher in milk, respectively 52.33 percent and 43.48 percent. In the 3-4 parity, fresh milk a higher incidence of high acidity, respectively 94.19 percent and 88.43 percent, fresh milk and four children, the high acid in value far higher than the normal range.When the average temperature at 14.5 -19.5°C, alcohol-positive cow milk is a high temperature, in which the temperature in 17°C , milk cows alcohol incidence of the most positive, up 75 percent. 13.5-23°C in temperature, high acidity of fresh milk in a higher rate, 13.5°C and 19.5°C two temperatures, the high acidity of fresh milk as high as 100% and 97.22%.Temperature difference between day temperature in 4-6°C, for alcohol-positive cow milk in a higher temperature, alcohol-positive cow milk in the highest rate of 51.95 percent. 2 -4°C in temperature, high acidity of fresh milk in a higher rate, its high acidity of fresh milk as high as 91.53 percent.Cows imminent mastitis, positive high-Yogurt and yogurt suspicious high-frequency higher, as mastitis before the diagnosis and control of the important reference for the production of mastitis in dairy cows in the early diagnosis and prevention provide the basis for.The total number of the RBC(p<0.01) and WBC (p<0.01)and the content of the HGB(p<0.05) in cows with APM rose, and the number of esophils also rose(p<0.01), but the change in the number of lymphocytes, nautrophils and basophils was not evident (p>0.05), as compared with those in control group.The content of the natrium ion in the milk reduced (p<0.05).The content of the calcium ion in the milk rose(p<0.01).The content of the phosphorus ion rose(p<0.05). The content of the ALP rose(p<0.01).The change of other ions and the acidity of the milk was not obvious(p>0.05).
