Abstract

Twenty-one number of elements Healthy Northeast Fine-wool Sheep, which was weight about twenty-three or twenty-five and five or six month years old.Using randomized trial design, randomly divided into 7 groups and each group 3 sheep, research cysteamine and daidzein on Serum Biochemical Parameter and productive performance and gene expression of IGF-ImRNA in the tissue of Northeast Fine-wool Sheep. The results showed that:First, appending cysteamine and daidzein in Dietary, which is important for Northeast Fine-wool Sheep.to improve everyday weight increment(P<0.05),to reduce feed intake(P<0.05),to increase the growth speed of wool(P<0.05),to reduce fineness of wool(P<0.05).It is not markedly to affect wool density and intension and promoting(P>0.05).In like manner appending cysteamine and daidzein in Dietary, which is important for Northeast Fine-wool Sheep.to improve GR(P<0.05)to reduce tender (P<0.05),but not to affect PH and marble and suction tension and colour(P>0.05).Appending cysteamine can improve finished product rate(P>0.05).Appending cysteamine and daidzein in Dietary can improve sheep weight and dressing percentage and carcass weight(P<0.05)obviously, except eye muscle area(P>0.05)Secondly,when appending cysteamine and daidzein in Dietary, alanine aminotransferase was not affected. The matched group was not different from others the same as experimental group each other. The fifth group was the most highest.Alkaline phosphatase and albumin and aspartate amino transferase were not affected. It was important for cholesterol total betweent the matched group and the second group and the third one and the sixth one, the third and the forth and so on, the other groups no significant difference, the impact of improving total protein, the control group with the 2,3,6 group significant difference, the third one with the forth group significant difference(p<0.05).it was obvious to improve IGF-Ⅰ、GH、T3、T4 and the assimilation of DM、CP、EE、ADF、NDF (p<0.05)The last appending cysteamine and daidzein in Dietary, which is important for Northeast Fine-wool Sheep.to improve IGF-1 in liver and muscle (P<0.05)between every experimental group and matched group, except every experimental group each other. It was obvious different for Expression of Skin between matched group and the forth and the fifth and the six one(p<0.05)except the second and the third and the seventh one each other. It was obvious different between the forth and the fifth and the sixth.
