Six Thousand four Hundred Laying hens at the age of 40 weeks were randomly allotted to four groups, each of which included four replicated of 400 hens, the experiment was to study the effect of Bioture(The blend of FOS, MOS,β-Glucan, live Yeast, Yeast Culture) on the hens production, livability, fresh egg physical quality and immunity response (HI of ND), all the hens raise in the three layer cages with soya-maize basal diet, supplemented 1.5Kg/T (group 1), 1.0Kg/T(group 2),0.5Kg/T (group 3) and 0(ontrol) Bioture. Feeds and water were provided ad. libitum and layer have the light 17 hours/day. The trial has lasted for 8 weeks and all the performance date were recorded such as daily feeds intake, mortality, egg production rate, egg mass and qualify fresh egg numbers on group basis. At the 50 days after trial, randomly select 24 fresh eggs in each group for testing of the egg weight, thickness of egg shell, the strength of egg shell, the color of the yolk and Hu Unit of the albumen. Meanwhile, each group were picked out randomly 12 hens for serum samples and test the TB, ALB, TG和P and 8 hens for the test of HI of ND.The result indicated that the application of Bioture with enough dosage had significantly improved laying egg production and feed conversion. Adding 1.5 Kg Bioture to the diet improved meaning egg production by 3.13%(P<0.01) and egg feed ratio by 3.69%(P<0.01), the Bioture application dosage low than 1.5 Kg/T hasn’t show the significant improvement in egg production and egg feed ratio. Adding 1.5 Kg and 1.0 Kg of Bioture in each of tone of diet has reduced the hens dai)ly feeds intake for 2.8%(P<0.01) and 1.4%(P<0.01) respectively. Adding 1.5 Kg,1.0 Kg and 0.5 Kg of Bioture in each of tone of diet has improved mortality and cull rate for 30.8%(P<0.01),73. 1%(P<0.01) and 84.6% (P<0.01) respectively, however there were no significant difference between the treatments and control in egg physical quality, qualify fresh egg percentage. The result from serum biochemical parameters analysis indicated that the application of Bioture at the level of 1.5 Kg/T in the diet increased TB 4.19%(P<0.01), TG 1.4% (P<0.01), phosphorus for 5.71%(P<0.01).The result from the Hi of the ND show that the group with Bioture application can increased the antibody of the New Castle of the Hens, but here were no significant difference between the treatments and control.
