Abstract


With the develop process of world economic integration continues, international trade frictions and trade disputes have intensified. Big companies have a variety of trade barriers and protection measures. And nowadays anti-dumping has become an important form of trade barriers in a number of companies. China has become the world’s main target of anti-dumping sanctions. In this paper, we analysis of the causes and countermeasures of anti-dumping.In this paper, we take Company A, a subsidiary of A LLC of the United States for example, and described the anti-dumping status of the company, as well as the reasons and countermeasures of anti-dumping.At last, the author summarized the successful experience of anti-dumping of the company, and give some suggestion to the companies in China in accordance of the Chinese condition. First, once subjected anti-dumping, we should face it actively. Then use various strategies to circumvent the anti-dumping sanctions. But more important is that we should improve the competitiveness of our products. Only by this way can we achieve a better development.
