Abstract


Process management as the most important part of the research project management , including the quality of the planning and control of two aspects , determine the success or failure of a project and complete . In order to reduce the unpredictable nature of the research projects , to reduce the risk of research and development , the need for effective process management . S Institute to establish the quality management system is not entirely appropriate to the organizational structure of the research and development , but did not fully apply to the process management of research projects . The strict standard constraint contrary, the degree of freedom of scientific research and development , contrary to the research and development of the law , to shorten the life cycle of scientific research . This study is based on the S Institute must pass IS09001, GJB9001B quality management system requirements , integration into the research management process management , quality management philosophy to improve its effectiveness .
