Abstract


With the social development and people's living standards improve, the incidence of cardiovascular disease rising , improve prevention and monitoring of the disease means imperative. Especially in rural and remote Midwestern cities, because health care foundation is weak, lack of health care professionals , research the appropriate low-cost, high-performance portable ECG telemonitoring products, is crucial. This will be based on ARM processor and Linux operating system for embedded systems technology for portable ECG system development , the main research work includes : the analysis of ECG monitoring system trends at home and abroad on the basis of the status quo , put forward a used in embedded systems design idea ECG ; choose a low-power , low-cost , high-performance ARM7 processor , MSP430 MCU as the core of the system hardware platform , chose embedded Linux operating system as the software platform ; in single- master multi-slave communication mode, using short data frame format , through the ARM interrupt transceiver , the concept of a state machine design and implementation of the instrument internal communication protocol ; detailed analysis of the linux network architecture to the client / server model, through connection-oriented TCP concurrent server to achieve multiple clients ECG data network transmission, through the Linux multi-threaded development , both doctors and patients to achieve a real-time interactive ECG data . Experimental results show that the system platform ECG monitoring system able to meet the requirements of domestic instrument for achieving miniaturization , networking , and a good social significance and economic benefits. The design can also be used in a slightly modified information appliances , consumer electronics, industrial control and other related fields .
