With global manufacturing intensifying competition led to corporate profit margins shrinking, more and more enterprises are concerned about the reduction in the cost of raw materials inventory in order to improve the company's competitiveness. In this paper, the status quo of domestic and foreign vendor managed inventory (VMI), game theory research, build learn from research at home and abroad on the basis of this research ideas. Problems and decisions affect suppliers and manufacturers material inventory costs through cooperative game theory theory combined with vendor managed inventory (VMI), all factors, respectively, to tease out the economic benefits of the suppliers, manufacturers function, and build a multi-parameter openness vendor managed inventory game model, the argumentation build vendor-managed inventory (VMI) game the feasibility of the implementation of the model in actual enterprise, at the same time for the enterprise implementation of vendor managed inventory (VMI) provide a reference.
