Abstract


China's textile and garment industry is at a critical period of transformation and upgrading in the post-crisis facing many risks, and how to integrate each node enterprises in the industry, from the perspective of the supply chain as a whole to respond to the risk, and the formation of scientific, effective risk management mechanism, support China's garment industry as a whole the basis of a vital and urgent issues in the transformation and upgrading. Therefore, it is necessary to a full range of innovative apparel industry from the point of view of the clothing supply chain risk identification, assessment and decision-making model, the eventual establishment of a more comprehensive apparel supply chain risk analysis, evaluation framework and management model. From the garment manufacturing business perspective, a more in-depth study of the clothing supply chain risk, the main work is as follows: (1) expert opinions collected through a two-stage Delphi method, the use of exploratory factor analyzes evaluation hierarchy, and then the reliability and validity of the indicators, and finally build a four-level indicators and 18 secondary indicators of the level of supply chain risk evaluation factors architecture. (2) use of the analytic hierarchy process for risk categories and sources of risk to assess the extent of the impact of the clothing supply chain at all levels of risk indicators on the weight and apparel supply chain risk evaluation system, of which the most serious impact of a risk indicators for the risk of suppliers, the most serious impact of the top five two risk indicators: the procurement quality risk, quality risk, the risk of the purchase price, supplier delivery risk and economic risk of changes. (3) based on the utility function and the the Markowitz risk of price theory, on the basis of building a risk evaluation system, a garment enterprises are facing the risk of supply chain situation Empirical Analysis. The results showed that the risk evaluation system is not only effective identification and assessment of the enterprise risks and take advantage of the the Markowitz risk of price a measure of the amount of the assessment results, more in line with the intuitive feeling, and a true reflection of the decision-making behavior and risk preference of the decision makers combined with utility theory as enterprise risk management costs invested reference. (4) set up to consider the risk of clothing suppliers - the processing plant to optimize decision-making model, decision-making, the selection of suppliers and the corresponding processing plants to determine the minimum number of the supplier and the corresponding processing plants premise, and allocated between them weights, so that the selection of suppliers and the corresponding processing plant cost and minimum risk portfolio, garment enterprises suppliers, processing plants choose to maximize the effectiveness of the decision-making problems. Shapley value formula obtained clothing supply chain risk-sharing mechanism, and priority two different angles further from the average allocation and efficiency of the new risk-sharing mechanism. Garment enterprises to supply chain perspective of risk assessment issues, and suppliers, processing plants risk decision-making and risk-sharing in the quantitative model, concluded to improve the operating efficiency of the apparel supply chain, clothing enterprises risk management level to provide a number of recommendations, some preliminary theoretical and methodological basis for the apparel supply chain risk management research and contribute to future research to carry out and in-depth.
