Abstract

The study of correlation with B-type natriuretic peptide andOBJECTIVE:Observation of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) relations TONGMAI soup and the treatment of CHF and the effect of the BNP, the NBP to explore the significance of CHF in Tongmai soup and the mechanism of anti-heart failure.RESEARCH:Case selection and division:According to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) 1994 standard choice Bradyrhizobium congestive heart failure cardiac function areⅠ-Ⅳ179 patients.Center for the classification of its functionsⅡ～Ⅲgrade class CHF patients to a total of 120 patients.Chinese medicine in the light of the dialectic of "traditional Chinese medicine clinical research of new drugs guiding principles" of "new Chinese medicine treatment of CHF clinical study of the Guiding Principles"in line with the standards of TCM diagnosis of heart gas (Yang) is true,and Blood permit water to stop the standard 60 cases of patients with CHF.Institute of the election in line with the 60 cases of chronic congestive heart failure, all the selected patients with heart failure classification by a single-blind, randomized into two groups, Tongmai Tang Chinese Medicine in the treatment group (the Chinese), western medicine treatment in the control group (referred to as Western medicine Group) and a healthy control group set up.Each group take on an empty stomach before and after treatment of peripheral venous plasma Richard BNP, at the same time testing blood, liver function, kidney function, urine, heart and chest X-ray and ultrasonic inspection.6-minute walking test. Using linear regression, pearson correlation method to analyze heart function and the BNP and LVEF and the above-mentioned targets.At the same time, compared to observe Tongmai soup in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure and the efficacy of the BNP.RESULTS:Cardiac function class I group and control group between the level of BNP was no significant difference (P> 0.05),cardiac function II appear on the BNP level increased with the health group a significant difference in heart function IV reached the highest level of BNP, and BNP levels of heart function and increase the level of increase.Single-factor analysis showed that levels of BNP and cardiac function level was positively correlated. All the patients were divided into low-LVEF group (≤40%), LVEF slightly lower group (40% to 50%) and normal LVEF group(>50%).LVEF different groups of BNP in patients with heart failure are clear differences between the level of statistical significance (p <0.05);LVEF lower, BNP higher. And the value of LVEF between the BNP and was a good negative correlation (r=-0.35.P<0.001).By Tom Tongmai Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment after two former BNP were decreased (P<0.05),traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group BNP group also decreased significantly (P<0.05).Tongmai soup in the efficacy of heart failure, cardiac function effect, the effect of left ventricular function and regulation in areas such as BNP than western medicine group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:①CHF patients with plasma BNP levels were significantly increased, and the degree of heart failure and was positively correlated, suggesting that the level of BNP is the ability to determine the degree of heart failure and heart failure an effective indicator.②BNP and LVEF value was a negative correlation:BNP tips can be used as left ventricular ejection fraction to determine an effective indicator.③Tongmai soup can reduce CHF plasma BNP levels may Tongmai Tang anti-heart failure effect of one of the mechanisms.
