Abstract


Along with the human intelligence achievement shine brilliantly, the original intellectual property system and the digital environment network of high-tech architecture, as well as digital information resources between human rights and conflict, how to protect the intellectual property of digital information resources become government of world each country pays close attention to jointly and key research topics. In order to meet the development needs of the new situation, exploring both in line with China’s national conditions and in line with international standards of intellectual property in digital media protection measures and methods, on China’s intellectual property rights protection and digital information resources spread between reasonable balance mechanism, has become the guarantee of construction of our country informatization and information industry sustained and healthy development of the key steps and important development strategy.Over the past 10 years,the use of digital media information is explosive growth and distribution.People through the Internet can fast and convenient to get digital information and online services.But at the same time,piracy is also becoming more easy,to digital content of management and protection of become industry urgent need to address the problem.Pirates tended tolow cost copy and spread unauthorized digital product content,mainland China,aiming at the piracy problem rampant digital watermarking technology,the principle of watermark is studied theoretically,implementation,extraction method,and use of MATLAB programming language implementation technology of digitalmedia,thus achieved the protection of intellectual property,alsocalled on countries may formulate relevant watermarking informationindustry standard technology,better protect digital media knowledge property rights. This paper mainly from the five parts to study, the first part, the protection of intellectual property system, administrative, judicial, technology of three means are discussed; part second, the digital watermarking technology background and value of the technology; the third part, on the MATLAB special function and implementation of digital watermarking technology advantages; the fourth part detailed argumentation, MATLAB digital watermark algorithm, using the least significant bit, discrete cosine transform, wavelet transform three algorithm digital image w atermark embedding, extraction, and corresponding attack testing; part fifth, recommendations, study of watermarking technology and administrative, judicial protection of the convergence, matching problem. Research on digital watermarking technology breakthrough in the current limitations of the study, from the perspective of Law Argumentation technology practical value, market demand, standardization. It runs through using the technique of active maintenance of intellectual property rights and combating crime of infringing upon intellectual property rights and masterstroke, in-depth analysis of China’s current situation of intellectual property protection, and several ways to protect the quality of the comparison, argumentation strengthens technical protection means and the three means coordinate necessity, to make our country in the international intellectual property disputes has the initiative, the digital watermarking technology standardization job must be set up by the bureau of national intellectual property.
