Purpose of Lanzhou City 3 - to 6-year-old children's eating behavior and its impact on the nutritional status and provide the basis for the formulation and implementation of ground preschool care and health education strategies. Conclusion 1, Lanzhou City 3 - to 6-year-old children eating behavior, good breakfast and beverage consumption behavior, snacks behavior, Western-style fast food behavior, pick a partial eclipse behavior and other meal situation, there are many factors of insecurity correct guidance of its good eating Behavior In addition the the to strengthen related food market supervision, the key lies in strengthening nutrition education for children and their dependents. 2, children's food nutrition labels affect children's food choices and consumption. Tip community should accelerate the strengthening food nutrition labeling standard purposes, but also to regulate the market supervision, urging manufacturers to enhance the sense of discipline, people and management personnel of universal knowledge of nutrition labeling education, nutrition labeling as soon as possible to truly become the people's access to nutrition knowledge shortcut way and buy food reference. 3, the Lanzhou City nutritional status of children 3 to 6 years old is still there worrying problem, on the one hand, malnutrition still exists, on the other hand is the detection rates of overweight and obesity increased trend. Tip improve children's dietary structure, to cultivate children good eating habits as well as to strengthen the popularity of dependents parental knowledge is a fundamental measure to improve the nutritional status of children. 4, it is recommended that: to promote the healthy growth of Lanzhou City preschoolers develop good eating habits from the following aspects (1) to strengthen the education of dependents eating behavior.
