In recent years, with the rise China’s power on the international scene, Chinese language has got increasing influence in the whole world, the number of Foreigners learning Chinese has dramatically increased. It has been so popular that many countries even face a lack of Chinese teachers who are not enough to meet the demand. The shortage of qualified Chinese teachers is now the major obstacle to the spread of Chinese language, while the institutions in charge of the training are also facing deficiencies. For these reasons, and in order to sustain Chinese teaching development, we should create a brand new model of trainings from concept to the contents.In this paper, opened in Vientiane, Laos to teach Chinese language courses in Chinese language teachers in the school survey, detailed understanding of Laos, Chinese teachers, and to the four themes for the questionnaire data statistics and analysis, and found the survey to make recommendations and a solution. Chinese government to Laos from the Ministry of Education and schools, to teachers themselves, from macro to micro, from the national to the individual, in order to improve the quality of Chinese language teachers focus on teaching, made a number of specific suggestions and ways.
