Dialogue is an important part of the novel. Many relationships between characters, the novel is through dialogue to show, to build and maintain. In the translation process of novel dialogue, how to accurately reproduce the original the complicated interpersonal relationship, is one aspect of the translators often encounter difficulties. The interpersonal function is one of the three metafunction of systemic functional grammar. Interpersonal function is used for reaction, relationships between people, to express the speaker's identity, status, attitude, motivation and interactive role in communication. Interpersonal meaning is implemented by the interpersonal function, mood, modality and evaluation chiefly is the interpersonal function of the way. English and Chinese two languages, there are differences between the form of interpersonal meaning, for the reappearance of interpersonal meaning in translation process brings certain challenges. Based on interpersonal meaning of systemic functional grammar theory, the novel Jane eyre and its Chinese translation, for example, to analyze dialogues of interpersonal meaning, mood, modality and evaluation from three aspects, in the process of novel dialogue translation the translator how to reproduce the interpersonal meaning of the original. Through the reappearance of interpersonal meaning, relationships between the characters was able to accurately convey to the readers.
