Abstract


In order to get strategic transformation and maintain the market share, China Mobile announced the construction of WLAN network in 2011 is one of the three basic network constructiont, becoming the most important content of engineering construction. In the executive process of WLAN communication project progress, control management becomes the key issue。In the executive process of WLAN communication project, progress control management is the key. In the project progress, communication difficulties, worse project executablity and project scope change is the prominent problem. In order to solve the above problem, this article starts from system theory, and establish the three-level model of WLAN project schedule control. It also analysis the main questions and the prime reasons in WLAN communication progress control, discusses and studies the virtual team, scene analysis, demand survey and critical chain management in WLAN communication engineering project, and in the HZ mobile WLAN three communication engineering projects carried out empirical test, and achieved good results.Project schedule control requires different levels of multiple measures of interaction. Virtual team, scene analysis, demand survey and critical chain management measures in WLAN communication projects in the application, finally solved the WLAN communication project progress control problem. While the annual investment substantially increases, the WLAN communication engineering project progress is basically on schedule by the end of the Septemper, 2011.
