Abstract


The real-estate industry is the pillar industry in our national economy. It promotes the development of steel, building materials, electrical home appliances and home furnishing supplies industry. Meanwhile, it plays a decisive role for country’s financial stability and development. According to the statistics data from National Bureau, in 2008,the real-estate industry’s increasing value occupy the national economy overall share of more than 5%.The GDP value was 335353 hundred million in 2009, of which real-estate’s value is 13902.2 hundred million, accounting for 4.15%。The real-estate industry has become a crucial sector in our national economy. However, since 2010, the government published a series of national real-estate policy to suppress real estate profit bubble in order to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand. The series of ups and downs also played a direct or indirect influence on the real-estate unit in the stock market. This article aims at getting a comprehensive investment evaluation for listed company of real-estate industry through valuation analysis and financial analysis. On the other hand, it will provide data to correctly judge the listed company’s financial situation and development prospects, providing the basis for investors to make the correct decisions.
