Abstract


This article is the exploration and study of the criminal compensation system defects and improve the measures in our current legal system of the State Compensation , our current criminal compensation system after 15 years of judicial practice , in practice, has begun to show a relatively large number of defects and deficiencies amendment to the criminal compensation law is imperative and urgent . From five of the most prominent aspects of this article on our current criminal compensation system defects and improve measures described and analyzed , and the use of a more judicial practice case be corroborated , the use of layers forward by table and the inside of the deficiencies in the system of criminal compensation analysis , carried out a detailed analysis of the legal provisions the final of proposed improvements and legislative proposals .
