Abstract


Low carbon economy is theoretical economic model. Characterized by low energy consumption and low pollution and low emission It solves the crisis that human beings are facing climate warming and sustaining economic growth provides a win-win options. But the development of low carbon economy need to increase the cost investment, the problem of cost will make low carbon economic development face certain pressure and challenges. Therefore, analysis the cost scientifically and controlling the cost strategy is very important to Wulong mine.This paper mainly studies the influence of Wulong mine in low-carbon economy and the ability of Wulong mine cope with low-carbon economy. At first, based on cost structure of Wulong mine, the article systematically analyze low-carbon economy beneficial effects and adverse effects for per ton coal cost of Wulong mine, find the main factors of low-carbon economy for the cost of per ton of coal, namely, environmental costs depreciation, repairs fees and other expenses. Secondly, based on neural network the price of per ton of coal mode and the cost prediction mode and coal cost analysis model are established. Using this model can effectively predict ton coal prices、cost and all the parts of the cost by the mode, the forecasting is in favor of taking effective measures for cost escalation of ton coal, executing cost control, improving the ability to resist the impact of low-carbon economy of Wulong mine. Finally, drawing lessons from domestic and international advanced theory and method. According to the actual situation of coal mine, Wulong proposed development countermeasure for the cost of coal Wulong in the times of low-carbon economy.The results of the research show that per ton of coal cost prediction and analysis will help to find the influence to Wulong of tons of coal cost in the low carbon economy era, aiming to tons of coal cost control. At the same time developing low-carbon economy also help Wulong coal to improve the efficient resource utilization, improve the environment, to foster new economic growth point, promote Wulong mine on the path of sustainable development.
