Abstract


With the domestic commercial bank data center project, counter business processing mode and risk control mode reform of commercial banks as an important topic in the research of. At present most of the domestic commercial banks draw lessons from international advanced management experience and data bank on the advantages, optimize the bank management, reengineering the business process and management process, relying on the network technology and video technology, according to a flat, centralized, professional and foreground-background separation principle and gradually establish a modern bank management rule" the head office and branch" management mode and" big background, small front" business model, the implementation of centralized processing, in order to save costs, strengthen risk control, improve business innovation and customer service.Analysis of the state-owned commercial bank counter service present situation, through to counter business foreground and background separation mode and the current commercial banking business processes are compared, proposed the commercial bank to counter business foreground and background separation necessity; from improving commercial bank’s comprehensive service capabilities, strengthen cost control, improve the risk management level and so on are compared analysis, managing the commercial bank counter service before and after separation of the basic thinking and framework, put forward counter business foreground and background separation design pattern; a detailed analysis of the construction bank teller business foreground and background separation of promotion and application; analysis of the state-owned commercial bank counter service foreground and background separation difficulty, offerred relevant proposal.The innovation of the thesis:(1) construction of a commercial bank counter service foreground and background separation design framework; (2) integration of theory with practice, from the Construction Bank of China practice, draw abroad commercial bank counter service before and after separation of the overall framework and methods; (3) analysis of the state-owned commercial bank counter service before implementation background separation difficulty and puts forward related suggestions, recommendations for the stated-owned commercial banks to implement the branch model business centralized processing mode.
