Abstract


Game theory is one of the most popular subjects nowadays. It is just about 50 years from the start, but game theory has been used in economics, political science, sociology, biology and other fields. Game theory has become the focus of the latest development of modern economics and management. It is very important to strengthen the research on this theory. In this thesis, company’ s ability to compete with others and simulation is the main work. In chapter three, the main theory is that company’ s game ability is the bridge of Core Competence and competitive edge. There are five elements of company’s game ability, first is the manager’ s prediction ability, second is the competitive information management ability, third is learning ability, fourth is design ability of compete, fifth is ability of adaptability to changes and innovation capability. The theory of corporate strategic management based on management theory was got summarized. There are three parameters in the chapter four’ s simulation. Two are judgment information. One is the strength of corporate. We can get proportion of the three parameters in chapter five’ s result. From chapter six we should know that when one of parameter is weakness it take big portion of the result, but when it coming strong it take small portion of result, so company should focus on every parameter of game ability to avoid short board effect. Another result is three parameter all reflect Marginal diminishing effect.
