Abstract
|
Rubber spring is an important elastic component whose mechanical properties directly effect vibrating screen’s working performance. Because the rubber spring has both material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity, there is great difficulty in theoretical analysis. Thus the method of integrating experiment and numerical simulation is applied in this paper. At first, the static and dynamic mechanical properties experiment of the rubber spring are made, then the load-deformation curve, stress-strain curve and dynamic damping ratio are obtained. According to the stress-strain curve, the rubber spring’s superelastic constitutive model is established. On this basis, the rubber spring’s finite element modal is built, and then the static analysis is made. The static analysis result validates that the constitutive model is reasonable. The constitutive model is suitable for the rubber spring used in vibrating screen. The rubber spring supporting equipment’s dynamic characteristic is also analyzed, which mainly includes modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The results indicate that the rubber spring’s stiffness is in a certain range, the rubber spring supporting equipment fulfill use requirement, which could provide a certain reference value for selecting rubber spring supporting equipment.
