Abstract


The Haulage Unit is an important part of the Electrical Haulage Shearer, which is the key part of shearer and can be damaged easily. The reliability of the haulage system determines the quality and application effect of shearer. Along with the coal mining efficiency increase day by day, the haulage speed and pulling force continuously improve, the motor’s loads are also aggravatd. In order to makeing the shearer haulage system meet the haulage speed requirements, at the same time, ensuring the motor’s safety and key parts’reliability, this paper mainly do the following researchs on Electrical Haulage Shearer. At first, we study the dynamic characteristics of the haulage motor, on this basis, verify the feasibility of haulage speed control system. Secondly a virtual prototype model of shearer is built by using the 3D solid modeling software Pro/E、finite element analysis software ANSYS and mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The external loads on key parts are obtained after a simulation analysis was carried out, then edit it into load file. Imported the load files to ANSYS and defined boundary conditions before carrying on the finite element analysis. According to the results of analysis, the stress distributions and deformation conditions on parts are given. Finally, the unreasonable structural model was optimized by the optimization module in ANSYS, which based on analysis results. All of these provided an important basis for designing Haulage system of shearer reliably.
