Abstract


Environment, the right to know the public 's right to relevant information on the environmental situation of the country and even the world , the environmental management of the country's situation as well as their own state of the environment , the rights are developed on the basis of the environmental rights . Environmental democracy is a political foundation , the environmental tort prevention and relief is its social basis . Its body includes a natural person , social organizations ; objects is environmental information known to include the right to apply for the right to the right to get help and relief . Environment, the right to know the role of controlling multiple legal value , efficiency value , the value of freedom , justice and order value . It generates has drawn worldwide attention . In our case , the environment, the right to know has been more concerned about , but because of the late start , the various aspects of the legal system is still not perfect , such as the disclosure of environmental information , the right of public access to environmental information and the protection of environmental information relief many defects. For the imperfections of the current system of legal protection of our environment, the right to know , starting from the legal protection of our environment, the right to know the current situation and existing problems of existing laws and regulations on the provisions made ??by the legal protection of the environment, the right to know the basis of the study and starting point to learn from the experiences and lessons of the world part of the developed countries, the environment right to know the legal protection system , plumb the depths of the reform and development of the system of legal protection of our environment, the right to know , its future trends on the legislative level to make the outlook . I think our environment, the right to know the legal protection system should be improved in the following five aspects to improve the government's environmental information disclosure system , improve the environment, access to information system , improve corporate environmental information disclosure system , improve the disclosure of environmental information and public participation system that combines and to improve the environmental right to know the administrative law system .
