Abstract


Rural grassroots democracy become China's breakthrough in the development of democratic politics, grassroots democracy in rural development situation and to what extent will directly affect the process of building grassroots democracy in China. The establishment of village committees in rural areas has not only become a window of democratic politics, has become the norm village governance, rural development organizations an important organization.
