Abstract


With the rapid development of science and technology and socio-economic information quietly rose and quickly swept the world. Today has entered the era of the information society, the information indispensable, like air and water plays a vital role in the economic and social life. Who owns the information in the information society, whoever has the wealth and authority. As the value of the resources is becoming increasingly obvious. Essentially, the information owned by the township people's government by the majority of farmers are entrusted. Dimensionless, the public is the real owner of the information. The township people's government agencies should be exposed to the peasant masses, their right to know and realize the sharing of information resources. In addition, the township people's government information public is also related to the realization of China's grass-roots democracy, the image of the raise of the township people's government agencies, farmers' personal lives and development needs to meet and township people's government agencies anti-corruption and maintain township social stability and many other issues. The establishment of the Information Disclosure Law as the core of the government information disclosure system has become the trend of the times. Full implementation of the notice of administrative affairs began in December 2000, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the people of the township government agencies, the township people's government agencies open administration have generally adopted the open. Along the township people's government information disclosure practice activities in China have gradually go deeper, but still there are a lot of problems, the sharing of resources, there is a great distance away from the township people's government information has yet to establish a more standardized township people's government information disclosure regime. This paper attempts to the public of the status quo of China's township people's government information from a combination of theory and practice perspective, and scientific epistemology example, make some superficial countermeasures and suggestions on this stage township People's Government Information Disclosure.
