Abstract


French agriculture after World War II almost the brink of collapse, but the late 1960s to the early 1970s, France has emerged as Europe's first agricultural powerhouse and the world's largest exporter of agricultural products. Just 20 years time, the successful implementation of the modernization of French agriculture has made such a huge success, its causes are manifold. Among them, the French farmers' organizations, in particular the developed and played an important role. The second chapter focuses on the economic analysis of the functions of the French agricultural cooperative economic organizations, focusing describe the agricultural mutual organizations, agricultural cooperatives and agricultural mutual credit organizations in France, these three most popular composition and functions of cooperative organizations, and analyzes of government in agriculture cooperative economic organization development role. The third chapter analyzes the political functions of French farmers focused political organization, introduces several significant impact in France, a comprehensive political organization of farmers, and the effects of political decision-making centers as private farmers' organizations influence on the French government decisions relating to agriculture. This paper argues that all kinds of French farmers' organizations has constituted a complex but relatively complete network system, and penetrated the French corresponding system design and practice, the French agricultural economy developed and well-off peasant life, both thanks to all kinds of agricultural cooperative economic organization of a market, and a series of technical and financial support and services, also benefited from the political participation of farmers' organizations in the highly active nature. French farmers will know how to rise to the demands of their own political interests and policy level, and thus to better promote the realization of economic interests, which is to improve the degree of organization of farmers' sense and means are enlightening. China in recent years there have been some farmers' organizations, but its activity is mostly limited to the economic field, while protecting the interests of farmers from the political point of view, we can say in the current Chinese farmers is a serious absence of political organization. This paper argues that in order to truly protect and promote the interests of farmers, agriculture and rural economy to achieve a leap, we must focus on improving the farmers in the dual economic and political organization.
