Abstract


The Taijiquan is a radiant pearl of precious martial arts cultural heritage in our country, it promotes and spreads widely at home and abroad, and has great market development. Taiji push hands is as an important aspect of Tai Chi Chuan, also is favored by martial arts enthusiasts. Pushing Hands competition is less harmful and highly confrontational, at the same time also have a good fitness results, therefore, it is easy to promote and popularize at the masses and martial arts enthusiasts, has great market potential. The tradition of excellent sporting events should be the inheritance and development better under the socialist market economic system. Therefore, it is necessary to do a systematic and in-depth research for push hands competitions.The paper has made a deep research on the present situation of Pushing Hands competitions in shanxi by using literature, investigation, comparison, interview, video analysis and so on. The results show: Since beginning in 2000, Pushing Hands Competition has an official popularization in Shanxi province, set up the foundation of the masses, and has initially formed a relatively stable pattern of competition. But there are still some questions that can not be ignored, the main problems:1. The overall level of athletes pushing hands is not high;2. Pushing Hands judges have high age, educational level and business level to be improve;3. Pushing Hands coaches have lower level, educational level is not high, the lack of scientific training methods and means;4. Currently pushing hands competition rules in Shanxi Province is not perfect;5. The Pushing Hands competition managers and organizers have not enough importance attached, the number of contest was held less;6. Inadequate packaging in the competition, the low level of market-oriented, behind the operation of the market. Pushing Hands competition for existing problems, the paper proposed the development of a number of specific responses:1. Increase the cultivation of pushing hands athletes, multi-channel training the back-up strength athletes. Athletes push further systematic and professional training, improve the quality of training of athletes. At the same time increasing the investment for the number of training funds, improve the Pushing Hands training venues and equipment;2. Strengthen the construction of referees, and in our province set up a sound referee pushing hands training and examination system in order to improve the level of the referee’s Executive Conference. to strengthen the team-building of coaches, the formation of a certain scale, the old and new coaches to conduct scientific and cultural knowledge and expertise of the training, set up coaches training system;3. Pushing Hands on competition rules to modify and improve to meet the development of demand, enhance the Pushing Hands competition’s watching and national character;4. Strengthen the exchanges and cooperation among our province martial Pushing Hands arts seminar, taiyuan City Pushing Hands Association with other sports-loving Pushing Hands to jointly improve the competition regime;5. Increased media publicity efforts to make full use of television, Internet, newspapers and other media publicity campaign to create a favorable external environment, and actively guide the masses concerned about Pushing Hands competition, so as to create exciting events, improve the quality of competition, promote market-oriented competition pushing hands.
