Abstract


The underdeveloped and non-optimal tourism region is universal, and it is the"bottleneck" of the regional tourism overall development, while the current research onthis area is still at the primary stage. The research will contribute to understanding the"short Board" of regional tourism development, and providing theoretical guidance for thetourism development, which is also the trend of tourism development, with boththeoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper researched the literature, defined the concept of underdevelopedand non-optimal tourism region and extracted the relevant theory of the article accordingto research results and the theoretical crystallization, thus lay a solid theoretical foundationfor this study. Secondly, applying factor analysis, improved entropy method, compositeweighting method, this paper measured the economic and tourism development status ofShanxi province. Then used classic domain division method to divide the eleven cities intoseven regions from the two dimensions of the economic and tourism, and determined theunderdeveloped and non-optimal tourism region. Thirdly, the paper analyzed regionaloverview of the underdeveloped and non-optimal tourism region. And researched theconditions of tourism development by the method of near index, Gini-coefficient,topology analysis method and the Adobe Photoshop tool. Then the text summed up theconditions for tourism development. Finally, the paper built Yangquan demand-driven andLvliang society–driven tourism development mode, laid out the Yangquan and Lvliangspatial structure of tourism products and offered to develop countermeasures for thespecial tourism products. Then targeted and exploited the tourist market, planned oftourism marketing promotion program in accordance with the4P marketing strategy.What′s more, the paper proposed some tourist safeguard measures for underdeveloped andnon-optimal tourism region of Shanxi province.
