Abstract


The rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of productivity , so that people 's material life more colorful ; Information era of fierce competition and fast-paced work, so that people's values ??and way of life has changed dramatically ; accompanied by increased productivity , people have more leisure time ; with people affected by level of education and socio-cultural demand increases , people are more and more attention function and value of leisure sports , hope useful leisure sports activities to attain their own development and the spiritual life satisfaction. Leisure and recreational sports has become an important part of people's lives . In this paper, the full understanding of domestic and Leisure, Recreational Sports Research , based on the use of literature , investigation , logical analysis , summarized the elements of leisure sports , leisure sports on the six elements : leisure sports concept, leisure sports environment , leisure time sports , leisure sports , leisure sports concept and content of the state and their mutual relationship between discourse . And the five elements of which use surveys and mathematical statistical methods , five college students in Kunming Leisure Sports investigation and analysis of the current situation . Research shows that different parts of the students of the students on leisure sports concept understanding there was a significant difference ; different gender students in the leisure sports time , leisure sports activities choice , leisure sports venues, facilities needs and so there was a significant difference . Through investigation and analysis, explore meet of Recreational Sports Development.
