Abstract


Professional practical PE is a valuable education activity which take the vocational college students majors’ main characteristics into consideration .The main purpose is to highlight the students’ professional qualities, infiltrate the teaching practices with healthcare knowledge and at the same time enhance the students’ abilities in their later work.This paper takes the senior boys from the mechanical department who major in mechanical drawing as target group, which was further divided into sub-groups according to their future career orientation. The study applied documentary, questionnaire, experimental, status analysis. The results approved that the students in the experimental group has dramatically increased the power of their upper limbs through one semester’s experimental study. The increase in their upper limbs powers subsequently resulted in the increase in their physical dimensions and their muscle crosses .The tests illustrate that the increase of the students’ upper limbs’ power also has impact on their skills in their professional practices.Because of the future occupation’s need, it is necessary to carry out the professional practical PE. The physical quality is the presupposition of accomplishment of any jobs. This professional practical PE can not only develop the students’ physical qualities, but also improve their cognition of PE knowledge. The students will do their extracurricular exercise more purposely and more automatically as soon as they fully understand the future occupation needs.
