Abstract


Conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of the rural population , the development of adult education in rural areas is conducive to the transfer of rural surplus labor force , agricultural modernization and rural economic and social development has great significance . In this study, in the existing data on the basis of adult education in rural areas , the use of questionnaires, interviews , and other forms of reality on the Zunhua rural adult education survey . This study, fully affirmed the achievements of adult education in Zunhua City , and analysis of the main problems of the city's adult education in rural areas , such as the low penetration of rural adult education , vocational and technical training smaller , can not meet a large number of labor force need to be transferred training needs; serious lack of funding , poor teachers , the training can not meet the demand for a variety of jobs ; Government attaches importance to the degree of management is not enough ; most workers lack the habit of self - learning , continuing education a sense of leisure lower quality of life , and so on. Solve the above problem , this study focuses on a more systematic analysis from the three levels of society , schools and families , certain countermeasures and suggestions : National rural adult education legislation , to strengthen and improve the rural adult education investment system ; Zunhua government and related departments should improve the management system , adjust the structure of education based on the integration of science and education resources , efforts to broaden the rural adult education content , active development of online education in rural areas , efforts are being made to improve the rural adult education school conditions , and greatly enhance the rural adult education teacher level ; adults and family perspective , should change the traditional concept , fully aware of the importance and urgency of Adult Continuing Education , emphasis on culture and education spending , and effective use of leisure time , and actively participate in a variety of vocational and technical training , and efforts to improve their own quality . The purpose of this study is that development Zunhua City of adult education in rural areas , improve the quality of the working-age population in rural areas , and to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force and rural adult education better adapted to the needs of modernization and new rural construction .
