Abstract


With the continuous development of the cause of higher education , China 's investment in higher education system has also undergone a significant change in the original country arranged a single system of higher education and the pattern has been broken . With the depth of the reform of higher education , the university since 1999, continuous enrollment , to meet the urgent desire of the people access to higher education , stimulating the consumption of domestic education , bring rare opportunities , but also to the rapid development of the college . Thus , domestic colleges and universities to adapt to the rapid expansion of the needs of the students , expansion , renovation , new campuses , to achieve leapfrog development. But at the same time , it also brings a huge funding needs . In fact , the state of higher education and not able to adapt to the funds invested . Thus , all colleges and universities in trying various channels to raise school funds , college financing is imperative . At present , a lot of academic college funding Theory and Practice , existing research results for the formation of Chinese Universities financing diversified play a very important role in promoting some also applied to university funding decisions made ??certain effectiveness , and is of great significance for the future to improve our higher education financing system . But these references for the study of college financing , mostly from the angle of the financing for a wide range of analysis and discussion rarely discuss in depth the problems of college funding channels , the factors that affect the college financing and helping college financing countermeasures . And if they do not consider the possible risks of various funding channels and not to explore financing for the effective use of the funds , and still can not fundamentally solve the problem of inadequate funding for Higher Education . Therefore, the main work of this paper is on the basis of previous studies , using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research and analysis through the basic theory of college financing , come to the need for and role of college financing , while funding from the university scale fund-raising channels and ways , financing structure , financing risk analysis of the status quo of college financing . These analyzes pointed out that the college funding exists , the combination of various factors affecting the financing of universities and the countermeasures to solve college funding problems .
