Abstract


Employment of university students has become the hot issues of common concern to our society , is related to the major issues of the thousands of families and social stability . In recent years , the students' employment situation is worsening . Therefore, universities should strengthen career guidance teacher training , and strive to build a relatively stable , high-quality , professional, professional career guidance teachers .
