Abstract


With the continuous development of science and technology and a pressing socialneed a large number of high-quality person, which the Professional Master Degree Education is an important method to fostering high-degree applied talent and it came into being in 1990s in China that began an important part to training of graduate students. Developing the Professional Master Degree Education is not only the need of the economy development of the society, but also the need of Degree and Graduate Education reform. It’s useful for fostering the talented person and the development of society. So ensuring the quality of Professional Master Degree Education is meaningful to develop our country’s university construction and raise our country’s international competitive power.By studying the situation of Professional Master Degree, the thesis aims at the quality problems existing in the Professional Master Degree Education, and on the basis of the previous research results, it absorbing the experiences of the American’s measures in the Professional Master Degree Education; and analyzes the history, main features and basic principles of Professional Master Degree Education. Basing on the analyzes the problems existing in the Professional Master Degree Education and finding the courses of them.On the study mentioned above, this thesis analyzed the countermeasure choices of ensuring quality of Professional Master Degree Education and made reform suggestions on our country’s policy and college management like clarifying the positioning of Master Degree Education, highlighted the practice of teacher training mechanisms and strengthen the college-based Professional Master Degree Education of the quality of education management.
