Abstract


The 21st century , with the highlights of the employment problem of university graduates in college enrollment , vocational guidance came into being with the development of socio-economic and occupational . This study was the theory of vocational guidance at home and abroad , thus Loudi, Hunan, for example research status of to explore vocational colleges vocational guidance and problems , put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions . The study of 600 students and 35 vocational guidance staff object , vocational colleges in Loudi City Survey research sample . Status from the ability of students , students ' evaluation of the content and effect of vocational guidance and interviews ; and career guidance staff evaluation of vocational guidance , text material assessment interviews . For the survey , the results of the interviews to clarify the existing poor career guidance effect , its problems : there are cognitive biases , not to establish a dominant position ; lack of systematic vocational guidance ; single form of guidance ; guidance of the contents of a single ; time lag , lack of practical light capacity-building ; lack of hardware and software and so on . In this paper , on the basis of research , to explore the importance of vocational colleges vocational guidance , to propose targeted strategies to build effective career guidance : to strengthen the ideological change , clarify the functions of vocational guidance center ; promote systematic vocational guidance enhancing diversification construction , to ensure that from the perspective of the guidance process , institutions , inspection ; individual consulting services , the perfect group counseling services ; improve the system ; strengthen social practice , to develop entrepreneurship education ; specific vocational guidance , full of strengthening the hardware and software construction. Pointed out that vocational colleges should focus on vocational guidance , and to build a strong career guidance center , to carry out an effective career guidance work .
