Abstract


Investment in education from social income or personal income , is a kind of high income investments . According to the Education Cost Sharing in theory as well as the principle of who benefits investment , social , business and family should share part of the cost of education . Higher education expenses of the family it is home to the Education Cost Sharing embodies this more and more recognized by the people . But for poor farmers in China , need more than the annual income can barely afford the cost of a college student , which makes higher education become another practical problems faced by China's rural social burden . Farmers how reasonable the payment of the costs of higher education has caused the to academia common concern . In this paper, the guidance of the scientific concept of development , and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education , the country with talented people thinking as the research object , based on the use of higher education , statistics , economics theory , Yantai University students , through a combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis of method charges colleges , universities consumption of rural students conducted a sample survey , the combined income of rural households in Shandong Province , were analyzed to determine the factors that affect the spending power of higher education for rural students to higher education spending power for higher education fees reform proposal and enhance rural spending power to achieve . This paper : ( 1) investigate the current situation of higher education expenses of rural households , the analysis of the number and structure of the costs of higher education ; (2 ) by the survey data , calculation of the investigation to farmers higher education expenditure burden rate , from household consumption , education fair impact on rural economic development impact analysis ; family higher education spending ( 3 ) based on the current cost of higher education and the farmers' ability to pay for higher education in qualitative and quantitative research constructed on the basis of reasonable standards of rural households to pay the costs of higher education , quotas determine the higher education expenses of rural households ; (4 ) from the point of view of the rural households , according to the Education for Rural Family spending power is proposed to improve higher education spending power of rural households suggestions .
