Abstract


Vocational guidance is an important bridge between education and society, man and career . It is not only the overall design for the kind of life , but also help the individual rational choice and to meet the professional guidance of an educational process . Text through basic concepts of vocational guidance , the theoretical development study reveals the theoretical basis of the college vocational guidance , analysis of the basic experience of the few college career guidance to the United States, Germany , Britain, Japan , for example , and finally get on our college career guidance work Inspiration and advice .
