With the social development , continuous enrollment in higher education , the employment situation of university students become more critical. For the current employment problems , investigation and analysis of college students in occupational psychology, development and exploration of college students career planning strategy is feasible and effective measures to solve the problem . College students career planning education in our country has made great achievements , but it is still a lot of problems . Professional psychological analysis of students , to enable us to destination for college students career planning guidance , research in line with the actual situation of college students career planning strategies . Professional psychological analysis in this article is the analysis of college students career interests , career goals , professional competence , career planning these four aspects , through the analysis of occupational psychology , cognitive self so that students can clear their career goals to help college students scientific and rational development of career planning strategies . In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of occupational psychological investigation using SPSS software analysis of survey research data , summary of the theory and practice of career planning at home and abroad , combined with the status quo of China 's Career Planning and exist proposed solutions to this problem . In addition, starting from four perspectives , namely the level of the students , the college level , the government level , the social level , exploration and research of college students career planning and development strategies .
