Abstract


Higher fee system introduction and implementation of , the end of free university since the founding of the history of paying students to go to school to become a fundamental obligation and burden. With rapid expansion of higher education and the surge in the number of college students , poor students in universities gradually formed groups , increasingly affecting the healthy development of higher education . How to create, improve and adapt to China's national conditions , taking into account the efficiency and fairness , and promoting the healthy development of higher education students new funding system , the reform of higher education has become an urgent need to solve theoretical and practical problems . The article tries to college funding for British and American philosophy and practice of comparative research funding for our students to deepen the theory and practice of optimization provides inspiration and reference paper is divided into five parts. The first section provides a brief overview of the basic International Student Financial Aid Student Aid situation and China's current situation , briefly summarized the Anglo-American model features two college funding , noting that the British and American university student financial aid system research purposes and practical significance of this issue for the domestic research a concise combing method of this research are briefly described. Analysis of Student Financial Aid from the second part of the basic concept , introduced the United States and Britain are several main ideas about college funding , including charitable and religious , national interest, equal education opportunities , human capital investment and cost-sharing and other relevant commentary on Student Financial Aid and propositions. The third part discusses the Anglo-American university student financial aid system formation and development of the process of change . The fourth sub- part of the system examines the British and American students practice models funded status for the draw to provide a realistic basis. The fifth part funded by the U.S. and British students of comparative analysis, college funding for our existing status quo and problems of practice , summed up the Anglo-American higher education funding system can learn , proposes several suggestions of Student Aid Reform .
