Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, the information warfare has gradually mounted the stage of history. In recent years, informatization construction of our army rapidly developes, has now basically completed the information processing infrastructure. Command automation network, military training network, and political propaganda network, logistics network has played a tremendous performance, various private network systems have also been completed or are under construction. The extensive application of information technology, establishment of the network environment, improvement of office efficiency and command automation, is a urgent problem need to be solved, in the military information construction.In this thesis, the design idea, specific developing technology and applications of office automation management system based on B/S structure mode are introduced in the context of construction of military information environment. The object-oriented design methods is utilized to establish mutual relations. The system includes system management, document management, attendance management, duty management, vacation management, overtime management, regulatory management, contacts management and etc. The system deploys advanced Microsoft Visusal Studio 2005 for development, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as a large back-end database.This thesis first outlines the development context, such as development status and developing methods and related technology in both domestic and international, and then gives the feasibility analysis of entire system, case analysis and business process analysis, finally, focus on the design and implementation of the system. In the part of system design, the whole scheme is proposed on the system realization goal, the realization mentality and the system analysis; in particular, the function design and the database design of the system are given detailed description. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the system detected in the testing in this thesis.
