Abstract


In recent years, with the increasing development of the university education administration information, as well as the continuous expansion of the scale of the growing school, the task of educational administration has become increasingly heavy, and so many colleges and universities have achieved the educational administration work information, the network management. The key problem which should be considered in implementation educational administration information management is the educational management system’s security. At present many universities abroad with financial support and strong network technology had fully considered such problems and had established a comprehensive security mechanism. However, the educational management system in Guizhou University for Nationalities has been only taken a few primary measures, security is also not guaranteed. A science, complete, comprehensive and the reasonable solution waits to be explored.The educational management system contains the curriculum, the teachers, the teaching location, the teaching arrangement, the student register, the results and some other important information. These data needs confidentiality and complete, if only were the network attacked or controlled, or data stolen, the consequence is irreversible.This paper puts forward educational management system security objectives in Guizhou University for Nationalities, analysis system operating environment and designing of educational management system security policy. According to each aspect the writer designs efficient algorithms to protect the safety of the educational management system, which will play a positive role in promoting it.
