Abstract


Basic education is not just the building of the information technology environment , the main application , and the application of key secondary school teachers . Secondary school teachers is the main bearer of basic education , their professionalism and teaching has a certain effect on the level of basic education effect . Therefore, how to carry out various forms of educational technology ability training in order to improve the professionalism of the primary and secondary school teachers , secondary school teachers how to better promote the use of modern educational technology in education and teaching activities , and how to take advantage of modern educational technology to optimize the traditional educational methods has become a common concern of modern education theory and practice of the field workers .
