Abstract


AIDS is an immune currently no prevention, no effective drugs to cure, spread fast and high mortality rate of infectious diseases , widely popular in the world has become a serious public health and social problem . Therefore, strengthening the AIDS prevention and control work is particularly important. Information Technology is the world 's economic and social development trends , the use of information technology, especially spatial information technology to improve the modernization of AIDS , AIDS prevention work is an important way to implement in order to effectively control the AIDS epidemic information and to make strategic decisions . Geographic Information Systems (GIS) because of its powerful spatial data processing capabilities, visualization and spatial analysis capabilities in many fields , etc., have been increasingly extensive and in-depth applications . With powerful functions and applications in depth , geographic information systems in the field of epidemiology has also been more and more widely used. Prediction model based on domestic and international spread of infectious diseases existing research results , given the gray prediction model widely used in the field of infectious diseases , the subject of major research Grey Forecasting Model and GIS technology integrated application system, the AIDS epidemic information management, analysis and forecasting. This paper established a gray GM (1,1) prediction model, combined with geographic information systems component development, spatial and temporal analysis applied to the study of AIDS in Yunnan Province for AIDS prevention and control work to help. The developed integrated application system using component-based development model , use ArcGIS Engine GIS components development tools Visual Basic6.0. Data files and relational databases using hybrid storage is stored. Upon completion of system design, development , based on trends for the AIDS epidemic in Yunnan Province predictive analysis to finalize thesis writing .
